Previously, Mi Mover was only available for Xiaomi smartphones. The app was essentially part of the MIUI skin, but the recent release suggests that more people can now use it.
Once installed, Mi Mover will ask for permission toaccess to data, and then asks the user to connect to the new smartphone. On the next page, you can select the types of files that you want to transfer to your device. The application will take care of the rest. It should be understood that non-Xiaomi smartphones can only be the sending side, as shown in the screenshot below:
