CoolStar developer has released the next update of his jailbreak Electra 1.0.4 for iOS 11.
New version released
From Electra 1.0.4, the XPC code was removed, due to which there were problems since the 11 beta version of the tool. With the help of the Meridian team, the developer was able to replace TCP, UDP and XPC with MIG, which should also improve jailbreak stability.
Here is the complete postscript for Electra 1.0.4 update:
- Removed all XPC code, due to which there were problems since the 11 beta version.
- TCP, UDP and XPC replaced by MIG (thanks to Psychotea from the Meridian team).
- It is also recommended that you upgrade Tweak Injector to version 1.0.4 from our repository in order to protect yourself.
Electra Update 1.0.4 can be downloaded from the official website: coolstar.org/electra/. After that, you can use our detailed instructions for installing the tool.
If you already have a previous version of the jailbreak installed, you can simply remove the Electra application from the home screen, and then download version 1.0.4 to the device and install the jailbreak again.
