In the official registry for iOS 13.5 updates.1 and iPadOS 13.5.1 only say that they contain “important security updates” and are recommended for installation by all users. The tvOS 13.4.6 update postscript says that it contains “general improvements in system performance and stability”.
However, the security document about iOS 13.5.1 and iPadOS 13.5.1 revealed the following:

CVE-2020-9859: unc0ver
The last line indicates that the exact exploit that was used by the unc0ver jailbreak for iOS 13.5 was fixed. In other words, time to save SHSH blobs!

The support document says that tvOS 13.4.6 update for Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K also contain fixes for the vulnerability used unc0ver.
