Named foods that prevent brain degradation in old age

Iowa State University scientists have identified foods that may help prevent brain degradation in

old age, namely a decrease in cognitive (cognitive) abilities.

The authors examined the health data of 1787UK residents between the ages of 46 and 77. The information was obtained thanks to the Biobank database. In addition, the study participants took a test to determine cognitive abilities several times.

As shown by data analysis, high efficiencyfor the prevention of brain degradation has the regular use of cheese. In addition, red wine and lamb were found to be beneficial for cognitive function. Excessive salt intake, however, had a negative impact on cognition.
