We are talking about AGM-86B cruise missiles with nuclearwarhead W80-1. In the video you can see the thermonuclear charge itself with adjustable power. It is a small silver pear-shaped container. W80-1 is transported on platforms with metal clamps. Nuclear warheads are placed on missiles after the latter are placed in launchers.

It is reported that the exercise took place on September 1, 2020 at the 11th Bomber Squadron of the 2nd Bomber Wing of the US Air Force Global Strike Command.

Rossiyskaya Gazeta notes that the AGM-86B has a flight range of 2,400 kilometers.
