Developers at Turtle Rock Studios

announced that they will stop releasing updates and add-ons for their game, although its servers will continue to function.

They explained this by the fact that they are busy developing the next game and cannot pay attention to the development of Back 4 Blood.

The game was released only in the fall of 2021 and did not interest a wide audience. Although three major additions have been released to it, without fresh content, the game will not be of interest to gamers for long.
