Now official: Assassin's Creed Mirage will be released this fall

The release of Assassin's Creed Mirage is scheduled for October 12 this year - not that we did not know this date before, because Ubisoft did not

it's very good to keep such data under wraps, but at least now we have official confirmation from the PlayStation Showcase.

Basim Ibn Ishaq (Basim IbnIshaq, a side character from Assassin's Creed Valhalla, will take place in ninth century Baghdad. The game was first announced during last year's Ubisoft Forward presentation as part of a group of several upcoming Assassin's Creed games, including one for mobile devices.

According to Ubisoft, Mirage will move away from complexRPG-like format of previous Assassin's Creed games in favor of a more streamlined action-adventure style. Basim will feature many fan-favorite detailed series items, including a hidden blade, as well as new skills such as pole vaulting.

Assassin's Creed Mirage will be available on PlayStation, Xbox and PC.
