U.S. Army plans to create mind reading platform

The U.S. military is determined to explore the prospects of the telepathy experiment and its

To speed up the process, the Army Research Agency (ARO) has allocated $6.25 million to conduct research over the next five years.

According to experts, the development of this mind-reading technology canIt will take about 20 years, but the military is taking this initiative very seriously.ARO neuroscientists have already announced that they have learned how to decode and analyze neuronal signals produced by the brain.

Isolating individual signals is not mind reading in the literal sense of the word. Yet it is a breakthrough in identifying the meaning and purpose of individual messages to enable computers to help interpret them.

Using a special algorithm and complexmathematics, the ARO researchers were able to tag which brain signals worked to direct movement and which related to behavior. They managed to separate these two types of signals from other messages.

After all, scientists want to create a system in which computers feedThe goal is to correct behavior in life-threatening situations. Silent communication between field soldiers will becomeThe next logical step in the development of the mind-reading system in war.

Scientists are now experimenting with laboratorymonkeys to collect and compare patterns of their brain signals. The technology is still in its infancy, but the situation will change in the coming decades, experts at ARO believe.
