Students in Russia have created 30 innovative startups. They will receive 13 million rubles

The intensive took place from September 13 to 17 in the city of Innopolis. It includes experts in the field of innovation

entrepreneurship and business representatives worked together with teachers and student teams. As a result of the online selection, 30 projects advanced to the next stage and were invited to attend the full-time intensive course.

Finalist startups will receive up to 10 million rubles for development, and more grants totaling 3 million rubles from the Innovation Promotion Fund.

The purpose of the intensive is to expand cooperation betweenuniversities of the consortium and exchange of experience in the development of innovative entrepreneurship among students, as well as improving the competence of teachers within the framework of the "Startup as a Diploma" program.

Based on the results of the intensive, the organizers selected 30the best projects to participate in the industrial interuniversity accelerator StartupHouse. Business mentors and experts from Innopolis University and the Innopolis special economic zone will work with the finalists. The results of the intensive are going to be announced in early December. 

The teams that qualified for the Industrial Interuniversity Accelerator were from 21 universities or colleges in the country.
