10 tips for playing Pokemon Go

We've already told you about Pokémon Go in our beginner's guide. However, those who already play Pokémon Go know that

There are enough hidden features in the game. If you want to take it to the next level or just get to the end quickly, here are some tips for playing Pokémon Go effectively.

1. Catch Pokemon in groups in parks

Pokemon spawn in the same locations for all players, so catch them together. If one player finds a rare Pokemon, then the rest of the group will also find it.

The most productive placesParks and beaches are still the place to catch rare Pokemon, not landmarks. Hunting in open areas with varied terrain, including near water, means you'll discover different types of Pokémon (this also explains why places like Central Park in the US are always crowded).

Also, catch Pokemon at different times. Hunting at night will unlock "night" Pokemon for you. Just don't overdo it and stay away from dangerous areas of the city.

2. Look for nearby Pokemon

When you open the map, in the lower left corner you will see a tab with Pokemon. These are Pokemon that are close to you.

Click on the area with Pokemon, a list of Pokemon that you can catch will appear on the screen. Under each Pokemon there are three points signaling its location.

  • Three points - Pokemon far.
  • One point - Pokemon is close.
  • If there are no dots, then you are standing in the Pokemon's place.

Colored Pokemon means you caught it. If the pokemon is not painted it means that you did not catch it.

3. Pay attention to the rustling of leaves.

If you just started playing, don't know where to go, and nothing appears on the screen, walk around and explore. We heard the rustling of leaves in the park area - there might be a Pokemon there. Come closer.
