Huawei unveiled the flagships Mate 40, Mate 40 Pro and Mate Pro + in China and announced new ones during the presentation
According to the CEO of Huawei, Richard Yu (RichardYu), the company has developed a new technology that allows you to expand the amount of RAM by 2 GB. That is, 8 GB after virtual expansion turns into 10 GB, and 12 GB - 14 GB.
This uses dynamic batch compression, which combines flash and super memory to expand storage capacity.
The first to receive support for this technology wereflagships Huawei Mate 40. As a result, it was possible to increase the average number of running applications by 50%. While the Huawei Mate 30 Pro with 8 GB of RAM stored an average of 11 applications in the cache, the Mate 40 increased this figure to 16.6.
True, it is not yet clear whether this technology works only in Chinese versions or in global versions too, since this innovation was not mentioned during the presentation of the Mate 40 on the international market.</ p>
