The Taiwanese military was monitoring the situation.The air force, navy and land-based missile systems were ready to respond to the actions of the Chinese army. The Ministry of Defense also said that 43 Chinese aircraft crossed the median line in the Taiwan Strait, which is considered an informal border between the two states.
