DxOMark is now testing wireless speakers: who is in the top

DxOMark specialists decided not to limit themselves to cameras and smartphones and announced the start of testing

new devices.

What came up

Now the laboratory will also testwireless speakers. Fortunately, we already have experience in sound evaluation: a year ago, DxOMark opened its own audio laboratory, where all this time they assessed the sound quality of smartphones. The speakers will be tested both in the laboratory on professional equipment and in simulated real conditions: for example, in a living room, bathroom or kitchen, which are equipped in a specially designed apartment.

“The speaker market offers a widerange of products and audio technologies. Consumers buying speakers need additional information beyond what the manufacturers provide. With our new performance test, we provide up-to-date, objective information that helps customers make more informed purchasing decisions,” DxOMark representatives said.
