Here's what parents can do with Screen Time:

  • Reports about activity:Parents can view detailed reports aboutdevice activity of their children. Here you can find information about the time spent in each application, statistics by category, the number of notifications, as well as the number of times the device was picked up.
  • At rest:You can set up a schedule for yourchild and decide until what time he can use the device. Your child will be able to receive calls and messages, as well as use some applications you choose. To receive more time, the child must obtain the parent's permission.
  • Limits of programs:Set daily app usage limits. For example, you can limit your gaming time to 45 minutes per day.
  • Permitted always:You can choose exception apps that your child can always use. For example, Phone and Messages.
  • Content and privacy:All Parental Control options are available here.

You need to set the screen time password so that the child cannot change the settings himself.

To prevent your child from accessing certain applications, go toPermitted alwaysand click on the switches next to them.
