HP Elite Dragonfly - The World's First 5G Transformer Notebook with Built-in Tile Tracker

On the eve of the opening of the CES 2020 consumer electronics exhibition, HP unveiled the updated Elite Dragonfly.

This is a transformable laptop, the lid of which rotates around its axis. It looks like HP has decided to break all world records with this device.

Firstly, this is the world's first convertible laptopfor business with 5G support. A Qualcomm X55 4G/5G modem is installed inside, and there is intelligent signal control technology to improve communication quality.

Secondly, this is the world's first laptopwith built-in Tile label. This is a special tracker that connects via Bluetooth to a smartphone and helps determine location. That is, if you forget your laptop somewhere, the tag will show you exactly where it was left. And with the help of the additional Tile Premium service, you can activate notifications that your laptop has been forgotten somewhere.

And for added protection, there's HP Sure View Reflect technology, which darkens the screen if someone else is looking at it.

Thirdly, this is the lightest convertible laptop with 5G support - it weighs just under 1 kg.

Lastly, the HP Elite Dragonfly is made from recycled materials, including plastic from the oceans.

What else

In addition to advanced technologies, the HP Elite Dragonfly received a 13.3-inch display with 4K and Full-HD, 10th generation Intel Core processors, up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 2 TB SSD storage.

HP has not yet disclosed the cost of the updated model.
