Huawei Sound X: a smart speaker with Hi-Res sound, two 60 W subwoofers, an NFC chip, a MediaTek MT8518 processor and a $ 284 price tag

The new product was called Sound X and was created jointlywith the famous French company Devialet, which is famous for its audio equipment. The device has a rounded shape (reminiscent of the Apple HomePod) with a glass top. In addition, the speaker has a hole for two subwoofers with a total power of 60 W, a control panel with buttons, special backlighting, signaling assistant operation and Hi-Res certification.

Sound X has six 8-watt speakers(maximum power 93 decibels), six microphones that can hear the user's voice at a distance of up to 5 meters and a quad-core MediaTek MT8518 processor with a frequency of 1.5 GHz. The new product also received an NFC module for quick connection to a smartphone, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules, and another 8 GB of built-in storage. Naturally, using Sound X you can control the HiLink smart home system.

Price and when to wait

Sales of the smart speaker will start in China on December 5 with a price tag of $284. There will only be one color available - Starry Night.
