Chenglu says that at first Always on Display only supported smartphones with OLED screens and a Kirin 990 processor.
However, at the beginning of next year, 8 devices will be the first to receive the function: Huawei P30, P30 Pro, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 Porsche Design, Mate 20 X (4G), Mate 20 X (5G), Nova 5 Pro and Honor Magic 2.
