Huawei Y9a: Enjoy 20 Plus clone for the international market, but with MediaTek Helio G80 chip, no 90Hz screen and 64MP camera

Recently, Huawei introduced the Enjoy 20 Plus 5G smartphone for the Chinese market, and now its version has arrived

for the international market with a different name - Huawei Y9a.

What is the difference

Although smartphones are considered brothers, they havethere are still differences. Thus, Huawei Y9a received a MediaTek Helio G80 processor instead of Dimensity 720 and lost the display refresh rate of 90 Hz. But they upgraded the main camera: 64 MP versus 48 MP for the Enjoy 20 Plus 5G, the same 8 MP “wide” and a macro camera with a lower resolution – 2 MP instead of 5 MP.

Otherwise, it's the same Enjoy 20 Plus: 6.63-inch Full HD+ screen (60 Hz), Mate 30-style design, retractable front camera (16 MP), 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of ROM.

Battery capacity is 4200 mAhwith support for 40W fast charging. But there is a small nuance: the manufacturer indicates that not all buyers will receive such an adapter in the kit; in some countries, charging will be at 22.5 W.
