In the second half of the journey the ship was undercontrol of the autonomous navigation system HiNAS 2.0, which not only controlled it, but also searched for optimal routes and optimal speeds based on artificial intelligence Integrated Smartship Solution (ISS) Hyundai Global Service.

HiNAS 2 system.0 achieved a 7% increase in fuel efficiency and a 5% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, she was able to detect and avoid other ships more than 100 times. During the voyage, Prism Courage was monitored by the American Bureau of Shipping and the Korean Register shipping to confirm its performance and stability.

The goal is to have HiNAS 2.0 ready for sale by the next year after official certification.
