Despite the fact that there are still several months left before the official release of the iPhone 8, the Internet space

Rumors about the iPhone 9 have already begun to leak out. A report from The Bell claims that Apple will release two variants of the iPhone 9 with different display sizes: 5.28 versus 6.46 inches.

It is reported that the fruit company has already signedagreement with Samsung for the supply of 180 million OLED panels of the corresponding sizes for 2018. “Both companies recently signed a preliminarya secret agreement on the main conditions, including including the size of the display, ”- cited in the report. “The remaining details, such as design and functional component, will be clarified as the device develops.”

Since the iPhone 9 is at a very early stage of development, the remaining aspects of the device itself have yet to be decided.

Judging by the currently known information,This year, Apple is preparing to release an iPhone 8 model with a 5.8-inch OLED display. Despite the increased screen sizes, the mobile device itself will be smaller than the 5.5-inch iPhone 7s Plus, which is also preparing for release this year, thanks to the application of a new frameless design.

With the release of the model with a display of 5.8 inches, there will be no serious reason for the company to review the entire line of mobile devices in 2018, limiting it to just two models with different screen sizes. And while smartphones with 5.28-inch and 6.46-inch screens may seem overly large to someone, a frameless display is likely to compensate for their ergonomics.

It should be remembered that before the official releaseiPhone 9 remains at least a year and a half. It is currently under development, so this report should not be viewed with excessive confidence.
