Jailbreak Union: The idea of holding a new conference to bring together all members of the jailbreak community

Unfortunately, the WWJC jailbreak conference will definitely not happen in 2017, and there is not a word on the lips when something like this

the event can be held. However, ideas to unite the efforts of all members of the jailbreaking community are already in the air.

Dubbed "Jailbreakers Union", the eventis a conference or simply a meeting where top jailbreakers and prominent members of the community can meet and discuss the pressing issues facing that community.

The first details began to appear in the / r / jailbreak post on Wednesday and have since received a lot of approving votes from members of the jailbreak community.

Like events in the past, “Unionof jailbreakers ”will bring together experts in one place who will exchange valuable information among themselves in the hope that such events will foster interest in jailbreaking and in developing jailbreak tweaks.

Conference participants will get a chance not onlymeet face-to-face with well-known members of the jailbreak community, but also gain new knowledge regarding the jailbreak itself and all related processes.

This event is organized under the patronage of Andy Hoff and will take place on July 22 and 23 at the Fat Cat Fab Lab Maker Space club, in the New York quarter of Greenwich Village.

The conference agenda has not yet been developed, but everyone is invited to speak as soon as possible directly send an email to the meeting organizers an application for participation, in which you need to indicate the topic of your speech. At the moment, the list of speakers is as follows:

  • William Wabrinskas - Manager of the ModMyi repository.
  • ClevrPwn is a security researcher deeply involved in the jailbreak community.
  • Logan O’Connell - Developer of jailbreak and popular jailbreak tweaks such as Falcon.
  • Matt Clark - Developer of Tweak Extender and other jailbreak tweaks.

Since at the moment there is onlythe concept of the idea, the list of speakers is still short and the organizers of the event are still negotiating with leading experts of the jailbreak community. It is expected that the lineup will grow over time as community members become more interested in this event.

In addition to the business component, it is assumed thatthe event will be a cool and entertaining place for hanging out and meeting new people with common interests. The price of tickets for attending the Jailbreak Union event will be a miserable $ 15 and can be purchased on the official website of the event.

If you are already in every sense seriously invested inthe process of developing a jailbreak and do not want to miss your chance to meet with famous members of this community, then perhaps this event may be your only ticket to a serious life.
