What showed

Omega Seamaster Diver Standard EditionThe 300M 60 Years Of James Bond combines design elements from several watches featured in various Bond films. On the front, the only hint that this watch is somehow connected to Bond is the number 60 appearing at the top of the dial, where a triangle would normally be found. However, the main highlight is hidden on the back panel of the case.

So there is a window on the back sidemade of sapphire glass. It shows an animation of Bond's silhouette, which we see through the barrel of a gun. This is the iconic opening to the James Bond films. Moreover, there are no LCD or OLED screens here - these are purely mechanical watches. To create the animation, the manufacturer used a moire effect, where rotating patterns on the discs reveal a sequence of simple four-frame animation. The movement is tied to the watch's moving second hand, so it loops while the watch is running.

Seamaster Diver 300M 60 Years Of James Bond Watchvalued at $7,600. But don’t be so quick to say “expensive,” because Omega has another Canopus Gold version for $140,000. Here, the case and bracelet are made of 18-karat Canopus Gold alloy, and the dial is surrounded by green and yellow diamonds, designed to pay homage to the colors of the Jamaican flag, where James Bond author Ian Fleming built a private estate.
