OnePlus will return to the market of inexpensive smartphones with OnePlus 8 Lite: the novelty will receive a “leaky” OLED screen at 90 Hz and a dual camera

OnePlus, after the failure of OnePlus X in 2015, decided to release only flagship smartphones, but it seems that soon

that will change.

Popular insider OnLeaks found out thatThe manufacturer is working not only on OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro, but also on their simplified version OnePlus 8 Lite. The new product will receive a glass case with the following dimensions: 159.2×74×8.6 mm. The smartphone will be equipped with a 6.4 or 6.5-inch OLED screen with a 90 Hz refresh rate and a built-in fingerprint scanner.

OnePlus 8 Lite will also have a hole inscreen in the center, like the Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71. He also gets a dual main camera with laser autofocus, flash and ToF-sensor. Unfortunately, there are no other characteristics of the device yet.

When to expect

The OnePlus 8 smartphone lineup is scheduled to be announced in the second quarter of 2020. That is, smartphones will be presented somewhere between April and June.
