Revealed the start date of the supply of the tank "Armata" to the Russian army

Andrei Terlikov revealed the start date for deliveries of vehicles to the Russian army.

According to RIA Novosti, the T-14 Armata tank will be stably supplied to the troops by 2022. Now there are state tests of the combat vehicle. They will end in the next year or two.

By the end of 2021, the delivery of an initial batch of cars should already take place. But from 2022, the developer will begin stable serial deliveries.

Now Uralvagonzavod is also discussing withMinistry of Defense issue of conducting military tests of the tank. The plant is also interested in the readiness of the army infrastructure for the operation of "Armata" and training of operators.

Recall that the new T-14 is the world's only tank of the third post-war generation. It is now being shown for the first time abroad at the IDEX-2021 exhibition in Abu Dhabi. The exhibition will run until February 25.
