Publisher Square Enix continues to introduce gamers to the role-playing game Final Fantasy XVI.

This time the developers

released a video dedicated to the world of the game, which received the euphonious name Valisthea.

What is known

Valistea is divided into six powerfulstates, in the center of each of which is a huge crystal. For hundreds of years, all the kingdoms have been in a state of precarious peace, but the spread of a plague threatens to disrupt order in the Valistea.

In addition, the developers have released an hour-long footage of the Final Fantasy XVI presentation from PAX East 2023, featuring 18 minutes of gameplay from the ambitious JRPG.

When to expect

Final Fantasy XVI will release on June 22 for PlayStation 5.
