Starlink asks to increase the number of users from 1 million to 5. Their services are "incredible demand"

This request follows the service announcementpotential clients. The company has updated its website and asked to leave mail for those users who want to keep abreast of the news of the service. After registration, Starlink sends emails to customers, including news about whether they can start using the satellite Internet service.

In the summer of 2020, SpaceX will begin partialbeta testing of Starlink service, followed by public beta testing. Elon Musk's company announced that Starlink will begin offering commercial services in the northern US and Canada by the end of 2020, and then worldwide by 2021.

Previously, SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell said thatthe creation of a full-fledged satellite Internet network will cost the company $ 10 billion. Over the past few years, the company has been able to raise $ 44 billion for its initiatives, including Starlink.
