M-46 can hardly be called a new artilleryinstallation. Most likely, you were born after the production of guns was completed (1971). Croatia abandoned howitzers due to the 130 mm caliber, which did not meet NATO standards.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have shown thatproperly handled M-46 even in 2022 can be effective. These artillery systems have already been able to destroy about two dozen enemy targets. The gun is used to destroy dugouts, artillery systems, manpower and military equipment of the enemy.

Ukrainian artillerymen were able to hit the target, which was at a distance of 37 km. At the same time, the declared firing range of the M-46 is 27 km. The disadvantage of the howitzer is the need to clean the barrel after each shot.
