The most powerful processor of the year was the Snapdragon 855+. The new Snapdragon 865 is not on the list, since smartphones with it will go on sale in early 2020.

The rating also includes other nominations. For example, the most innovative platforms were Huawei Kirin 990 5G, Samsung Exynos 980, Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G and MediaTek Dimensity 1000L.
But Huawei Kirin 810 and MediaTek Helio G90T are recognized as the best budget processors.
We emphasize that the rating was compiled only for chips on Android devices, so Apple SoC, for example, A13 Bionic, is not included in it.
