The Orion spacecraft took a picture of the moon with the action camera GoPro Hero 4 Black

The Orion spacecraft, which is already returning home as part of the Artemis I lunar mission, photographed a natural

Earth satellite on a GoPro camera.

What is known

National Aeronautics Administration andSpace Exploration Agency (NASA) has published a new batch of photos. They were taken during a re-approach to the Moon, when the ship flew 128 km from the surface of the satellite.

More than a week ago, Orion photographed the Moon fromthe distance is about 130 km, but the pictures could not be called high-quality, since they were taken with a navigation camera. This time the spacecraft used a GoPro Hero 4 Black action camera.

Naturally, before being sent into space, the camera wassignificantly modified, but it is not specified exactly how. Specialists fixed it on top of one of the ship's solar panels. Judging by the quality of the photos, NASA guessed right with the settings.
