world market.Previously, we got acquainted with the five most popular smartphones and tablets in the first quarter of 2022, and now it’s time to talk about watches, the market of which is actively changing with the release of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 on Wear OS from Google. By the way, they were the ones who broke into the top of the list, taking third (Watch 4) and fourth (Watch 4 Classic) positions. The leader, as expected, is the current Apple Watch Series 7, and right behind them is the affordable Apple Watch SE. The top five is rounded out by the almost legendary Apple Watch 3 (2017), which the company has been selling for almost five years as an inexpensive alternative to more advanced models.
By the way, Apple watches account for more thanhalf (51.2%) of all deliveries in the first quarter of 2022. It is followed by Samsung with a share of 18.9%, Garmin with 7.2% and Huawei with 4.5%. Concludes the top five Fitbit leaders, which has every chance to rise in the rankings in the near future, because the company plans to introduce Wear OS in premium watch models.
