Twitter has suspended several accounts associated with terrorist organizations
Hamas and Hezbollah. These accounts were spotted as early as Friday, but were deleted only today. The administration has repeatedly been asked to delete such accounts; Attorneys Josh Gottheimer, Tom Reed, Max Rose and Brian Fitzpatrick criticized the company for its sluggishness and the ability of such accounts to continue their activities. The US government considers Hezbollah and Hamas to be foreign terrorist organizations.
Who got it?
The list of deleted accounts includes Hamas' English and Arabic accounts, as well as several accounts associated with Al Manara, the television station owned by Hezbollah.
