According to the director of Ukrposhta Igor Smelyansky,14:00 stamps will be sold in 1,500 offices of Ukrposhta in cities and regional centers. In the villages, sales will start later. The limit per customer is two blocks of three stamps and three coupons, the cost of one set is UAH 69 or $4.5.

In the first week, 1 million marks will be available in branches. If everything is sold in one day, another 1 million will be unloaded on May 27. Then another million, and so on.
1.5 million marks and merch (T-shirts, sweatshirts andmagnets) will be sold on 6 Internet sites. at 4 venues from May 24, at international venues from May 25–27. Titles and links will be announced later on the evening of May 23rd.
Despite the fact that sales start at 14:00, already in the morning queues lined up in front of branches in Kyiv.
