Vivo Y51s: 6.53-inch "leaky" display, Exynos 880 chip, 48MP triple camera, 5G support and a price tag of $ 258

Vivo announced today in China its new low-cost smartphone with good specifications and

fifth generation network support.

What is known

The new product was called Vivo Y51s. The device received a 6.53-inch display with a hole in the left corner for the 8 MP front camera. The screen has an IPS matrix, FHD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.

A scanner was placed on the side of the smartphonefingerprints, volume and power buttons, and on the back there is a main camera with three modules and an LED flash. The sensors are located vertically. The main one received a resolution of 48 megapixels. It is complemented by a 2 MP depth sensor and the same macro camera.

Vivo Y51s is powered by a 4500 mAh battery, andCharges using an 18 W power supply via the microUSB port. Under the hood of the new product is an Exynos 880 chip. It is built using an 8-nanometer process technology and is paired with an integrated 5G modem and 6 GB of RAM. The new storage device is 128 GB.

Out of the box, the smartphone is equipped with Android 10 OS and the proprietary Funtouch OS 10.5 shell. By the way, the device has a headphone jack.

Price and when to wait

You can pre-order the smartphone in China starting today, and sales will start on July 29 with a price tag of $258.
