Huawei P30 Pro received curved sides 6.47-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels, a built-in fingerprint scanner and a waterdrop notch. Inside is the company's flagship octa-core Kirin 980 processor, which performed well in the Mate 20 Pro. RAM 6 or 8 gigabytes, flash storage capacity is 128 or 256 gigabytes (in some regions - up to 512 GB). Memory cards of the unusual NM (Nano Memory) format are supported. The manufacturer used a 9-layer coating for interesting reflections of light on the glass back panel. Five colors available. The case is protected from dust and water according to the IP68 standard.

The standard Huawei P30 meets 6.1-inch screen with a "drop" and the same fingerprint sensor, but the usual 2.5D effect instead of bends. We will be selling a version with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory without the possibility of expansion. There are other configurations with 8 GB of RAM and a 64/128/256 GB drive. Another camera system was installed at the back (more on that later), and there are also six body colors. There is no complete protection against water here - only against IP53 splashes. The 3.5 mm audio jack is only available in the standard P30.

It is under this slogan that Huawei presents itsflagships. And they have something to show. There are four cameras on the back of the Huawei P30 Pro. The main one received a 40-megapixel large sensor of 1/1.7″ format. with a new RYB filter scheme (yellow instead of green), which allows you to capture 40% more light. Paired with fast f/1.6 optics, this allows you to take bright pictures in almost pitch darkness. There is a 20-megapixel module with an f/2.2 aperture, a viewing angle of more than 120 degrees and a super macro mode, as well as a ToF camera for determining frame depth. And the most unusual thing is an 8-megapixel camera (f/3.4, OIS) with an optical system based on the periscope principle. It provides a 5x zoom, and a 10x hybrid zoom is also available without loss of quality (while “smart” algorithms use the main sensor). While recording video, switching between different modules is supported, and in the future it will be possible to combine images with different perspectives. Selfie camera 32 megapixels.

The Huawei P30 has a triple rear camera. It also uses a 40-megapixel RYB sensor and optical stabilization, but optics is different - f / 1.8. "Shirik" 16-megapixel, the third 8-megapixel module with a threefold approximation. The P30 also supports night mode. Selfie camera is the same at 32 megapixels.

By the way, the Huawei P30 Pro got the maximum 112 points from DxOMark specialists and is now at the top of the smartphone camera rating.
Very fast charge
Huawei P30 Pro supports ultra-fast charging40 Watts SuperCharge. The 4200 mAh battery charges up to 70% in just 30 minutes. There is also a wireless charging capacity of up to 15 W (as well as reversible, like the Mate 20 Pro or Galaxy S10). In the standard P30 - “normal” fast charging up to 22.5 W with a battery capacity of 3650 mAh.
The operating system is Android 9 Pie with the EMUI 9.1 shell, in which the developers managed to speed up the launch of applications by 52% and the response to touches by 69%.

Sales of flagships will start on April 5, in some countriesalready pre-ordered. Huawei P30 is estimated at 800 euros per model for 6/128 GB. Huawei P30 Pro costs € 1000 in the version for 8/128 GB, other modifications will cost € 1100 (8/256 GB) and € 1250 (8/512 GB).

In this smartphone, the manufacturer has focused oncamera: it is able to shoot with a fantastic ISO that reaches 409600 units, which allows you to shoot at night (almost) as during the day. The system of three lenses (normal, wide-angle, long-focus) creates scope for creativity. At the same time, the Huawei P30 uses other advanced technologies: its fingerprint sensor and speaker for calls are built into the display. And the screen itself occupies almost the entire space of the front panel, leaving only a small “drip” notch under the front camera. It is worth noting the protection class IP68 and a special coating of the body of 9 layers of nanoparticles that create branded gradient colors that have become the hallmark of Huawei smartphones.
