What changed

Like last year's model, the iPhone 11 received a 6.1-inch LCD Liquid Retina display with the same “notch” for the front camera with Face ID. The body is made of glass, the frames on the sides are made of aluminum.

Speaking of cameras.Perhaps they became the main change during the year. The front camera here is 12-megapixel with support for 4K video recording and Slo-Mo mode. The main camera is dual: a 12-megapixel wide-angle sensor (f/1.8) and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor with f/2.4 aperture (120 degrees). They are located in a square block on the rear panel.

The camera finally got a night mode(it turns on automatically) to compete with Google Pixel smartphones and the flagship Samsung Note 10 and S10, as well as portrait mode not only for people, but also for animals.

There is also support for recording 4K videos at 60 frames per second and a new QickTake feature: if you hold down the shutter button while taking a photo, iPhone 11 will automatically start recording video.

Inside there is a new A13 Bionic processor, which has already been called “the fastest” (according to Apple representatives, of course). iPhone 11 received speakers with support for Dolby Atmos, protection against water and dust according to the IP68 standard (up to 30 minutes under water at a depth of no more than 2 meters) and wireless charging. At the presentation, it was noted that the new iPhone will be able to work an hour longer on a single charge than last year’s iPhone XR.
