Google Assistant will no longer disturb users at night.

Google Assistant will not talk after the user asks to turn off the light through Google Home or

device Nest Hub.

Why do you need it

Earlier, a voice assistant asked me to turn off the lights in a smart house loudly, “Okay, I turn off 2 lights.” This is very annoying to users, as the desire to go to bed instantly disappeared.

Google heard its customers, so afterUpdating the device will report turning off the lights with a silent notification. This only works if the gadget and the light sources are in the same room.

The company says the changes will not affectonly connected light sources. For example, a smart plug designated as a “table lamp” will react, but simply a “table” will not be affected. This also applies to all lighting commands, such as a request to reduce or increase the brightness of the luminaire. Google has already begun to introduce this feature and it will soon be available to all users.
