Instagram developers have released a new update, which pretty much changed the design of the story editor.
What have changed
Masks and filters can now be applied, justscrolling them aside. You no longer have to go into a separate section for this, as it was before. The updated interface is really more like the Snapchat application.
We’re rolling out a new camera design today - easier to browse effects, a dedicated create mode for stickers and more! Hope you’all like it ... pic.twitter.com/NLpsTNGXDL

Modes are still at the bottom.screen, but one new appeared - "Create." There are already familiar text input features, questions and voting. Also, users can now put on the background the history of GIFs, start a countdown or add photo memories at any time.
Everyone can try out new functions and look at the changed interface. To do this, just update Instagram to the latest version.
