Moto G8 Play: 6.2-inch Max Vision display, triple camera, Helio P70 processor, 4000 mAh battery and $ 240 price tag

Motorola yesterday announced not only the Moto E6 Play and Moto G8 Plus, but also the Moto G8 Play.

smartphone with widescreen display Max Vision6.2 inches with HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch on top. The new product runs on a 12-nanometer eight-core MediaTek Helio P70 processor paired with Mali-G72 MP3 graphics and 2 GB of RAM. The built-in storage in the device is only 32 GB, but it can be expanded with a microSD card up to 512 GB.

The new product boasts IPX2 splash protection,the presence of a headphone jack, as well as a main camera with three modules. The main sensor is 13 MP. It is followed by an 8 MP wide-angle lens with a 117-degree coverage angle and a 2 MP depth sensor. The front camera in the Moto G8 Play is 8 MP.

They also installed a fingerprint scanner on the back side, a 4000 mAh battery with a USB-C port and a “clean” Android 9 Pie operating system out of the box.

Price and when to wait

The smartphone will appear in Latin America in early November. There will be two colors available: Knight Gray and Royal Magenta. They will ask for $240 for the device. Whether it will be released in Europe is unknown.
