OPPO K5: AMOLED display, Snapdragon 730G chip, 64 MP camera, VOOC 4.0 fast charge at 30 W and price tag from $ 267

In addition to the flagship smartphone Reno Ace, OPPO today also showed off the budget device K5.

What is known

The smartphone received 6.4-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution without holes or cutouts. The front 32-megapixel camera of the device is placed on a drop-shaped cutout. The fingerprint scanner is located under the screen.

The heart of the OPPO K5 is the Snapdragon 730G gaming processor, which is paired with an Adreno 618 video accelerator and 6/8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM. There are two options for built-in storage: 128 GB or 256 GB.

The main camera in the smartphone has four modules.The first is 64 MP with a Samsung GW1 sensor, like the Redmi Note 8 Pro. The second module is an 8 MP wide-angle lens with a coverage angle of 118 degrees. Next comes a 2 MP depth sensor and another module with the same resolution for macro photography.

In addition to the camera, the new product also boasts4000 mAh battery with proprietary fast charging technology VOOC 4.0 at 30 W. It can charge the battery to 100% in 73 minutes. The smartphone also has NFC, a USB-C port, Bluetooth 5.0 and a headphone jack. OPPO K5 runs on Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.1 shell.

By the way, the specifications of the device are identical to the recently introduced Realme X2, which is due out in Europe on October 15.
