The developers of the popular WhatsApp messenger decided to keep up with their competitors and are also preparing a dark

interface for your application.

What is known

The Wabetainfo resource managed to activate the “Dark Mode” mode in the latest beta version of WhatsApp 2.19.82, but the function is not yet available to all users.

As you can see in the screenshots, the dark theme is not black,like Facebook Messenger, but it’s gray, so it’s not very suitable for smartphones with AMOLED displays. However, using the application in poor lighting will still be more comfortable.

When to expect

It is not yet known when Dark Mode will appear in the stable version of WhatsApp. In any case, you won't have to wait long.
