Ubisoft has officially unveiled its own battle royale game, Hyper Scape, which is already available on PC.
What is known
The developer describes Hyper Scape as a fast-paced battle royale game in an urban setting. The action takes place in 2054 on the streets of the virtual city of Neo-Arcadia.
Battles take place in several stages. First, players land on the battlefield and collect weapons, then they actually fight for their lives within safe zones, and in the end they try to get the golden crown.
“Khaki”, local ones diversify the processSuper abilities. Players will be able to find such bonuses on the streets of Neo-Arcadia, and their effect depends on the device itself. According to Ubisoft, some will serve for defense, while others will serve for attack. For example, one hack allows you to create a wall to separate yourself from enemies and retreat.
The game does not end after death. The player turns into a shadow and can help allies with hints. In addition, teammates can resurrect a fighter by picking up a special disk on the battlefield.
As stated in the leak, Hyper Scapewas developed jointly with Twitch. The game comes with a built-in Crowncast extension that allows viewers on Twitch to vote on what events will happen in the game. Such effects affect all applicants. For example, it could be low gravity or an endless supply of ammo.
Hyper Scape can already be tested on PC. The promotion will last until June 7. The release is expected before the end of 2020.
