As usual, the Ukrainian Air Force destroyedmost of all strategic cruise missiles Kh-101 and Kh-555. To launch, Tu-95 bombers are used, which fly from the Finnish border to the Caspian Sea to make a launch. In just 30 days of June, 123 Kh-101 and Kh-555 missiles were shot down.

Kyiv was attacked by ballistic missiles"Iskander-M" and hypersonic X-47M2 "Dagger" in the amount of seven and six units, respectively. The MIM-104 Patriot air defense system was able to destroy all air threats. Other anti-aircraft missile systems are not capable of intercepting such targets.
In addition, the Ukrainian Defense Forces shot down three Iskander-K cruise missiles and two unidentified missiles in June. Thus, 157 air threats were intercepted during the month.
