The letter was published by Onliner.The management of A1 admitted that it is now facing difficulties due to the requirements of authorized government bodies. The latter are asking to reduce the quality or even temporarily disable network access services throughout the country or in certain regions. It is reported that on August 26 this happened in Minsk.

A1 noted that they will provide compensation to their clients in connection with the situation. Other telecom operators will follow the company's example.

Management stated that access restrictionscommunication services can be provided at a higher level without the participation of operators. This happens because the external communication channel is controlled by the state.
