Belgium will give Ukraine a new batch of American M113 armored personnel carriers

What is known

The Rada of Ministers approved the next package of militaryassistance for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He has already become the 15th. The package includes an unknown number of M113 armored personnel carriers that were retired over 10 years ago and remained in storage.

Before being sent to Ukraine, armored vehicles will berenovated by Belgian companies. In total, the Belgian defense forces are armed with several hundred American armored personnel carriers in various modifications.

Note that at the beginning of this year, armored vehiclesfrom Belgium has already arrived in Ukraine. Thus, the UK transferred 46 M113A1-B armored personnel carriers, which were purchased from the Belgian company OIP Land Systems.
