Business offered to buy data on Russians from the authorities

The association includes Yandex, Mail.ru Group, Sberbank, Gazprombank, Tinkoff, QIWI, MTS, MegaFon, Beeline,

Rostelecom, oneFactor and the Government Analytical Center. Representatives of these companies offered to enter into an agreement and cooperate in the transfer of data.

At the moment, companies cannot seamlesslygain access to data due to regulatory problems - officials, in particular at the municipal level, may refuse company representatives to provide data. 

Signed between the government department and the organizationan agreement that defines interaction formats in machine-readable form, the speed of response to requests, the composition of transmitted data, and technical data exchange protocols. There is a charge for service level. This is a mutually beneficial partnership between the state and business and the mutual development of ecosystems.
