It's great that the iPhone is compact in size, but withtop-end characteristics at an affordable price was very warmly received by customers. Despite all the difficulties that were caused by quarantine restrictions, online orders received exceeded our wildest forecasts, and the phone still remains in short supply. But we are successfully working to ensure that everyone can purchase a phone in the desired color and the desired memory option. I am sure everything will work out and we will be able to satisfy all orders.

As part of solving our business problem, we carefullyWe calculate the volume of supplies needed for our region. We estimate the required supply volume for each individual model based on the recommendations of our partner Apple and take into account the local preferences of customers. After shipment to our authorized partners, we monitor the availability of goods on the shelves of offline and online retail outlets, then compare our plan with the actual sales of partners. If there is a deviation from the plan, we figure out whether the product actually ended up on the shelf, how long ago the sellers underwent training, and how well the consultations were carried out. Based on the results obtained, we discuss the necessary actions on our part and on the part of our partners in order to reduce deviations from the plan, taking into account the goods that are already physically in warehouses and make adjustments to future orders, maintaining the maximum possible synchronization of the supply and sales plan. This task is solved by following a chain of solutions to various tasks that form the weekly business rhythm and the final order that we send to the supplier. Every day we monitor the schedule of goods arrivals at the ASBIS-Ukraine warehouse and subsequent shipments to our partners. We also monitor the implementation of the payment schedule to our partners - for us this is a key integral indicator that most accurately reflects the condition of the partner and the effectiveness of our joint actions.

Sales of P40 lite exceed sales of P30 lite (for the same period), which speaks of our overall success.
