A security flaw has been discovered in iOS 9 that allowsaccess Photos,

Contacts and Messages on your iPhone or iPad by bypassing your passcode on the lock screen by calling Siri.

This error occurs only on devices with iOS 9 that use 4 and 6-digit passwords to block, regardless of whether the device supports Touch ID.

Also, the bug is found in versions of iOS 9.0.1 and iOS 9.1 beta 2, which were already introduced today earlier.

While Apple is fixing this issue, you can prevent Siri from calling on the locked screen to prevent this bug.

This is not the first time a similar defect has been detected in iOS. It was first discovered in iOS 6, and now appears with every system update.
