If Apple True Holds Its Conference 12September, then invitations to the press will be sent out later this week. The presentation of the iPhone 2018 will take place on September 12, pre-orders will start on 14, and smartphones will appear in stores on September 21. Such a scheme is consistent with the tactics that the company followed in the past.
In addition to the new iPhone, the company must presentApple Watch Series 4 and iPad Pro 2018. Earlier it became known that the new iPhone line will be an “S” update: smartphones will have more powerful content and an improved camera. As for the Apple Watch Series 4, the watch will have a frameless display. iPad Pro 2018 will get thinner frames and support for Face ID.

Addendum: release dateiphone XS 2018
Now we probably know that the iPhone XSwill be presented on September 12, because last week Apple sent out invitations to its Gather Round event. The table below shows that since the iPhone 4 in 2011, Apple has mainly released new smartphones 8 or 9 days after their presentation. An exception was made in the past (and 2015) - the iPhone X came out more than a month after the presentation due to production problems.
There should not be any delays this year, since there were no problems with production. Apple loves to release new iPhones on Fridays, so most likely the iPhone XS will be released on September 21.
