According to insider NateDrake, also known under the nickname Nate the Hate, Nintendo will hold a new

Nintendo Direct presentation, which will show off a remastered version of the classic Metroid Prime, among other screenings.

According to NateDrake, this will be a large-scale remaster with major improvements in graphics and other technical parameters.

Answering questions from subscribers, the insider mentioned that remasters of Metroid Prime 2 and Metroid Prime 3 will also appear on the Switch, but they will not be as large-scale and ambitious as the updated first part.

According to unconfirmed reports, the release of the Metroid Prime remaster will coincide with the 20th anniversary of the original game, so its release should be expected in November 2022.

What else will be shown at the Nintendo Direct is not yet known.
