And yet more expensive? New pricing data for all Samsung Galaxy S23

Recently, information appeared on the Internet that Samsung is going to raise prices for the Galaxy S23 compared to

predecessors.Well, such messages came again, this time from Australia. According to 9to5google, the base 128GB Galaxy S23 (yes, the compact variant will retain 128GB) will cost AUS$1,350 (US$940 converted), which is AUS$100 more than the Galaxy S22. The same markup will be for the other two options – AUS$1650 for Galaxy S23+ 256GB and AUS$1950 for Galaxy S23 Ultra. The price step with increased memory in both the US and Australia will be 100 “bucks”.

Note that the price increase for Samsung flagships was superimposedto criticize the Koreans for the lack of innovation within the Galaxy S23 series. So, all three models will get last year's displays, the same camera mix (except for the 200-megapixel Samsung HP2, which will replace the 108-megapixel camera in the Galaxy S23 Ultra) and the same 25W charger. The key point of progress will be the no-alternative Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, as well as the practical side of taking photos and videos (primarily night shots). We will find out the whole truth about the prices and advantages of the Galaxy S23 on February 1. Do not miss!
